Baking has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl, when I was taught how to bake by my Mum, the eponymous Dotti. Throughout the years, I’ve fostered that interest, celebrating birthdays and special occasions by making cakes for my children and loved ones. I love to tinker with recipes that have been passed down through my family, playing with combinations of flavours and toppings to create something utterly fabulous!
Having made so many cakes for my own family’s celebrations, my friends started to express an interest in having cakes made for them. As orders started to fly in, what started out as my passion and hobby grew until I decided it was time to set up my own celebration cake business based out of my home in Southampton, Hampshire.

Even though it’s now my business, baking remains my passion, as I tend to fall in love with each of my creations.
